Felt made from PLASTIC BOTTLES is a carded and needle punched polyester felt (PES). Most of the felt is made from recycled plastic bottles (rPET). Our processing makes the material necessary thickness and suitably dense. Treatment can affect the surface structure, for example, abrasion resistance and pilling. The recycled fiber used in the felt has the GRS standard and has an M1 emission classification.

Felt made from DISCARDED TEXTILES is carded and needled from fibers that have been opened from textiles that have been discarded by industry.
