The black grow bag is best suited for home decor, storage, and especially for garden plantings. The felt is made from recycled plastic bottles (rPET). There are five color versions of this all-purpose grow bag, but the others are under the storage basket product category.

The felt has been tested as a grow bag. Felt binds the roots, preventing them from circling as they do in pots. Felt enables a dense and vibrant root system. The felt is also breathable and balances the moisture of the bag. The bag is particularly good in a greenhouse as part of an irrigation system. Felt is an insulating material that protects the root system from frost, while on the other hand, the felt collects and stores the sun's heat. Plants can be planted directly into the bags, e.g., tomatoes and herbs.

You should pay attention to the surface on which you place the bag, as it lets water through. In garden use, the grow bag will last for years. Indoors, you can place a pot and a saucer inside the bag. This gives you a beautiful base for houseplants that are easy to move from place to place, e.g., during cleaning.
