The Kavasto office bag is designed for multi-location work and multifunctional spaces. The felt and base plate are made from recycled plastic bottles (rPET). The bag features a separate removable pocket for a laptop. The bag attaches to the structure using magnets. The bag can be embroidered or printed with a company's own logos. Popular in multifunctional spaces and for remote work. All accessories fit into one neutral bag that matches any work attire.

Inside the bag, there are mesh pockets for chargers and other devices, as well as a pocket for documents and a separate keyboard. On the outside of the bag, there are pockets for a mobile phone, keys, and documents. The bag can be carried by its handles on the shoulder or using the included separate shoulder strap. The bag was designed by designer Ari Kostamo. The product carries the Design from Finland mark, indicating a commitment to design.

The packaging and delivery costs for your order are €5.90. We offer free delivery within Finland for orders over €100. We ship your order as standard delivery to a Posti service point or parcel locker. Shipments can be tracked using a tracking number. Please note that Posti keeps parcels at the pick-up point for 5 days.

The delivery cost for rolled products is always 12 euros.

The Kavasto office bag is easy to move and can be taken along from the office when needed. The bag conveniently accommodates even a large laptop.

The felt of the product is made from recycled plastic bottles, as is the base plate of the bag. The versatile pockets have been designed with the storage of office supplies, charging cables, and phones in mind.

The bag’s zippered pockets keep printouts and documents neat. The protective fabrics, pockets, and knits are made of durable polyester fabric.

We can print or embroider your company logo or emblem on this product. If you are purchasing larger quantities of this product, please ask us for a quote!


In addition to the detachable shoulder strap, the bag's handles are long enough to be comfortably carried over the shoulder. The storage pouch for a laptop or documents is attached with magnets. The storage pouch can also be used separately when there is no need for the entire bag.

The versatile carrying options and the large number of different pockets allow for good organization of equipment-related accessories, among other things.

The bag was designed in collaboration with designer Ari Kostamo (Kostamo Design). The office bag promotes digitalization and employees' opportunities for multi-location work.

Recycled fibers from clothing

Discarded textiles are clothes that have reached the end of their life cycle. They can be utilized in many ways. Blankets made from Vilikkala's recycled fibers are primarily derived from Finnish workwear that has been decommissioned at the end of its life cycle during industrial washing. Thus, they have become new raw material once again. The vibrant colors are the original colors of the garments and are part of a wonderful story.
