Project Felt is a new, innovative product made from Finnish textile waste fiber. Five years ago, we launched an ambitious development project, which has now brought to the market a felt that is responsibly produced and easily accessible to everyone.

The material's unique feel and story offer opportunities to experiment and create. Project Felt is the perfect choice for liberal adult education courses and home workshops. It embodies the spirit of the circular economy, making it a valuable source of inspiration.

Our felts are heavy craft felts (thickness approx. 3–4 mm) and consist of 70% Finnish textile waste, such as workwear, and 30% new polyester binder fibers. This makes the felt particularly durable and highly adaptable in use.

• A3 sheet size: 297 mm x 420 mm. A pack contains 25 sheets. Assorted mixed colors or single-color batches are available.
• A4 sheet size: 210 mm x 297 mm. A pack contains 50 sheets, and the choice is also available.

Project Felt is suitable for many uses, both practical needs and creative projects.

• Felt stacks can protect other materials, acting as protectors for boxes and shelves, for example.
• As an acoustic material, it improves sound insulation and looks beautiful.
• Its cheerful colors enable the creation of ecological decorations, such as pennant strings.
• Felt is well-suited for machine work and can be used in both woodworking and metalworking.
• Its sewability allows for the creation of many practical items.

The recycled textile felts are clean, but may contain small remnants of recycled clothing, such as buttons. The felt can be washed, but washing may cause slight shrinkage.
