We hold open houses on weekends in October during Pumpkin Week.

The hugely popular Salon Pumpkin Week is an event that brings together locals and is expected to attract over 100,000 guests. You are also welcome to explore Vilikkala, next to the event area!

Plenty of events, local delicacies and products, and pranks

Pumpkin Weeks are becoming an iconic event for Salo and this year the diverse event will last for over two weeks, starting on 11.10. and ending on 27.10.24. The seasonal workers of the coastal garden will delight visitors in a spectacular pumpkin event, with programs for the whole family. The event is also organized by the Salo Regional Entrepreneurs Association with the solid support of the city and many associations, as well as wonderful volunteers. The event location can be found near the Halikko Museum Bridge.

Vilikkala's production facilities are located near the event venue and our yard is one of the official parking lots for the event. We will be open three weekends, so you are welcome to visit us and make purchases. You can purchase the official Kurpitsaviikot product from us, a seat pad that will save you from many aches and pains on the side of the hockey rink or on the wooden bench of the summer theater. There are also surprises and offers in the stock sale... tricks and treats!
